Frequently Asked Questions
- Is this table mandatory for all schools?
- No, this table is only a guideline. Each school or teacher can set their own criteria for converting percentages to grades. We recommend always checking the rules with your teacher.
- What if I have 89.5%? Is it rounded?
- It depends on the school's rules. Most teachers round up from 0.5%, but this is not a universal rule. Some teachers don't round at all.
- Does the same table apply to elementary and high schools?
- The basic principle is similar, but high schools (especially gymnasiums) may have stricter criteria. Universities often use a completely different grading system.
